1) Non-Conventional EnergySEZ at Panagarh, Dist,Burdwan, West Bengal (71 Acres of land)
The site has been notified in August,2007. The Master planning for the project has been done by M/s. Voyants Solution Pvt. Ltd. (an unit of M/s. Ramky Infrastructure) and the project planning is being done by M/s, IL&FS, who are the technical Consultants for the Project. Incidentally, M/s, IL&FS will also be perticipating in the equity of the Project. After preparation of PIM, M/s.IL&FS will arrange for Fund Syndication.
2) Solar SEZ at Panagarh, Dist,Burdwan, West Bengal (50 Acres of land)
Land for the Project has been acquired. The Project is notified by Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India, New Delhi. The proposal has been recommended by the Ministry of Information & Technology, Government of West Bengal. All the SEZ's combined will provide an employment approx 60,000 people directly and approx 140,000 people indirectly.
3) IT SEZ at Chandpur Champagachi, Rajarhat, North 24 Parganas (50 Acres of land)
Land for the Project has been acquired. Formal Approval from the Board of Approvals, Ministry of Commerce, Government of India received. The Demand Study has been completely by M/s. Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj. We are in the process of starting the survey work. M/s.IL&FS are the Technical Consultants and are also participating in equity of the Project.
4) IT SEZ at Uttar Gazipur, Rajarhat, South 24 Parganas (40 Acres of land)
Land for the Project has been acquired. Formal Approval from the Board of Approvals, Ministry of Commerce, Government of India received. The Demand Study has been completely by M/s. Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj. We are in the process of starting the survey work. M/s.IL&FS are the Technical Consultants and are also participating in equity of the Project.
